Easy going nice holiday complex. For my hiking trips in the nearby area the location was good for me. I prefer this part of Malta. More "breathing space". Its a nice to walk to Selmun area and Red Tower by the Ghadira valley. I even went into the sea. 18 degrees water temp. +/-. Its relatively quiet this time of year, but did not mind at all. An enjoyable night at hotel bar meeting nice guests and have chats. There is still some entertainment 3/4 times a wk +/- in lobby. Some musicians. Indoor pool nice too. The standard studio I had seemed newly renovated. Convenient little kitchen with new good fridge and basic utensils to make basic meal if needed. Kettle, little oven. The sponge, washing up liquid and tea towel provided thoughtful! Its easy to get to the Gozo ferries from Luna for a trip to Gozo. Luna has a supermarket with quite a variety of products. Groceries expensive. If you are staying a long time a 1 time trip towards Mosta Lidl might be an idea. Bus costs 2 euro and ticket valid 2 hrs. Or go to Wellbees in Mellieha, you can do a return with 1 bus ticket. Uphill into Mellieha quite a few nice restaurants! Commando is my favourite, others, Doms, Villager, Da Cucina, The Square, Sea View. Or a few steps from Luna; Roy Thai Street Food. The bus stop is by Luna and you can travel to e.g. Valletta, but due to congestion and overcrowded roads it can take a long time! I would get a Bolt.

Excellent communication from the property from start to finish, be it details regarding checking in or arranging airport transfers for us, can't fault them. Staff were friendly and very helpful, always happy to answer questions about anything we asked - mainly us asking about which bus we should be getting to various places! Onsite mini market, bar/restaurant, two swimming pools (the rooftop pool was lovely), clean rooms and communal areas - not much to fault here. There are many good quality restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a lovely town at the top of the (quite steep) hill where one can happily spend half a day wandering. If beaches are your thing, then you won't find a better location. It's a bit of a trek from anywhere else but the buses were reliable and taxis are plentiful. Besides, this isn't a bad point - it's a good place to come back to after a day out in the hustle bustle of other places.

This is a fantastic hotel for families with kids as well as young travelers. It’s located near the northern beaches of Malta, about a 20-minute walk away, but you can also take the bus, and in just 3-4 minutes (two stops) you’ll be at the nearest beach. The rooms are impeccably clean and serviced daily. They feel like a mix between a hotel room and an apartment, with a small kitchenette that’s perfect for cooking something simple. The rooms look exactly as shown in the photos. They also have indoor pool great for kids and a rooftop pool which we didn't visit because it wasn't allowed for kids under 17years. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to travel anywhere by bus. I'll recommend taking the Talinja flex card with unlimited possibilities of use for several days, depending on your stay and which card you choose. We took the 7 day unlimited travelling option.

This hotel, complex was excellent for our needs i cannot think of anything we were unhappy about. the reception/all staff were great. The room had all we needed to make a our meals and very comfortable. It was also cleaned and fresh towels every other day. There was a great gym which we used every other day. The rooftop pool was great and used this facility every other day, going out to visit various places every other day. We used the local bus service, the bus stop was right outside the hotel. There was a shop onsite and had a great array of products. they also had fresh bread every day with a great variety of fruit and veg.

Room was great, but shower drain was clogged when we arrived and no one to fix it at 22, but we made it by ourself. Generally room was clean and spacious. We didn't eat nothing except food next to the pool (spagetti was great for my 4 years old daughter and pizza also good for us). It's a pity that swimmingpool on the roof is avaliable only for adults and pools are close really early. Localization is perfect, a lot of busses, close to ferry, beautiful views and Malta generally is great. I can recommend this hotel and visit to Malta at all.
